Description

• Oversee tax operations and compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including Hong Kong, China, and Southeast Asia.
• Manage day-to-day and strategic tax matters, covering corporate income tax, turnover tax, and transfer pricing.
• Provide expert advice on cross-border structuring, M&A transactions, and international tax planning.
• Handle communication and negotiations with tax authorities, managing audits, disputes, and enquiries to minimize tax risk.
• Coordinate internal tax reporting, including forecasts, budgets, and year-end submissions.
• Collaborate with group finance and regional teams to optimize tax control processes, data accuracy, and governance standards.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional qualifications (CPA, CTA, etc.) preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in corporate taxation, ideally combining Big 4 training and in-house regional exposure.
• Proven track record in handling multi-jurisdictional tax matters, especially within M&A-intensive environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of international tax and transfer pricing principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with tax reporting tools or ERP systems.
