Your new role
As a Business Services / Tax Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team, managing a diverse portfolio of clients across business services and taxation. You'll provide strategic advice, oversee compliance, and ensure exceptional client outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and develop staff, contribute to technical excellence, and play a key role in shaping the future of the firm.
What you'll need to succeed

• CA/CPA qualified with significant experience in business services and tax within a public practice environment.
• Strong technical knowledge in Australian taxation and compliance.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
